Up for sale is a set of three piece vintage Cannondale Road Bike Panniers Saddle Bags(2) and Handlebar Bag(1).  They are in a light blue color.  The handlebar bag includes the map pouch, metal bar, and foam insert which gives it shape.  I would say they are in good condition. They absolutely need a cleaning and I do not know if the stains will come out.  I know there are miles left on these things.  They sure did travel many miles over the years.  My dad who is still alive, but not longer cycling, had these bags on his bicycle when climbing the Great Rocky Mountains and touring the roads of Nova Scotia, among other locations.  There are stains, and One hole(see photo), the zippers might need some lubrication but they all are functioning.  The leather for the mounting handlebar bag is still good.    Plastic internal structures on the panniers in great condition. Some of the mounting supports could be fabricated from my creative father.  Map sleeve in good condition. No corrosion on any of the snaps or other metal hardware.  It appears you can/might be able to take the canvas material off the skeleton and clean/wash it but I am not confirming. Thanks for Looking.
