Return Policy: Defective merchandise (Dead On Arrival ~ DOA) may be returned for replacement or refund within 30 days from the receiving date of purchase. If a replacement item is not available a refund of the purchase price of the product will be issued.  Any item that is defect free maybe returned within 30 days with a 15% restocking fee subtracted from the refund. The buyer is responsible for returning the item in its exact original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and manuals. Any returned item that is not in their original condition will incur an additional 20% deduction from the refunded amount in addition to any restocking fees, if applicable.
