If you get a message from eBay stating that you CAN NOT purchase our item because seller has not specified shipping cost, please contact IMMEDIATELY for a shipping QUOTE. 

If FREE SHIPPING is offered on the listing and a return has been started (for a reason other than an error on our behalf), the actual cost of the shipping will be deducted from your final refund amount.

                               SHIPPING (PACKAGED ITEMS)

• Orders put in before 8am will got out the same day, orders placed after 8am will got out the next day.

• We combine all shipping. If shipping cost is higher than expected, please contact us to request combined shipment.

• Please let us know if you need faster shipping or if you want us to drop ship to your customer.
• eBay shipping quotes tend to be very high, if so please email us and we will provide you with a more accurate one.

• If flat shipping is available we will combine as much as possible

• If you want to use your own UPS account, please message us prior to making payment.

• We can ship using other services but you must email us your own label and schedule a pickup.

• Also please DO NOT put offers in on Friday as they will expire before we see them.

PLEASE INCLUDE ALL INFORMATION WHEN ASKING FOR A FREIGHT QUOTE OR IT WILL SLOW THE PROCESS DOWN.

• Must be a ZONED BUSINESS with a FORKLIFT and/or a LOADING DOCK (if not applicable charges will apply).

• We need your ZIP CODE.

• COMPANY NAME, ADDRESS and PHONE NUMBER.

• Also CONTACT NAME and EMAIL (to send a copy of the BOL).

• You also have the option of sending it to a freight terminal where it can be picked up if easier.

• A PayPal invoice will be sent with the cost difference going to a RESIDENTIAL AREA, FARMLAND and STRIP

WE HAVE VERY REASONABLE RATES AND YOU CAN ALWAYS SET-UP YOUR OWN FREIGHT.

                            INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Breakdown Solutions provides a 30-day warranty on our items, which may include either part replacement or return of funds. Warranty begins on the date merchandise is received.
