Vintage fold-out 1939 Conoco road map of Wyoming, printed more than 86 years ago.

• This map opens to 18" x 23½" and has great detail on old highway alignments and route numbers, with cartography by H.M. Gousha.



• It was distributed by the Continental Oil Company in 1939 to promote its Conoco brand and is dated by the code numbers in the lower margins: 10383 and 10-M.



• Little triangles on the map locate Conoco gas stations in the state.



• On the reverse side there are inset plans of Cheyenne and Casper, along with a street plan of Ogden, Utah and maps of three national parks: Yellowstone, Grand Teton, and Rocky Mountain.



• Condition:  The map is in very good, lightly used condition, with some faint toning in the upper corner of the cover and no rips, tears, or writing. Please see the scans and feel free to ask any questions.
