Returns are accepted. Most returns are accepted within 30days of you receiving the item. All returns will be inspected and serial numbers will be checked to insure that the item returned was the one sold. If items are in the same condition as it was sent in and serial numbers are a match a full refund will be processed. If for any reason there is any issue with the returned item you can be subjected to a partial refund or no refund which is also mentioned under eBay’s Seller Protection Guidelines. There will be a 20% restocking fee for any items opened out of it original packaging and 50% restocking fee for any items opened and used. Theses fees will be deducted as a partial refund from the purchase price paid.
