Most of our items are vintage, estate, or collectibles and have been previously used. These items will show normal signs of wear.

We do try to take pictures of any flaws. If you have any questions about an item, please feel free to message us.

All glass is carefully wrapped. Please be careful when unwrapping your purchases when you receive them to avoid breakage.

Customer service is our highest priority.

If you receive an item damaged, please reach out to us so that we can work with you. Please send a picture of the shipping box and of the item. Most shipping companies require 7 pictures for a claim.
