A Pair of Late 19th Century Porcelain Royal Worcester Tureens 1884 A/F

Here we have a pair of Royal Worcester Turquoise Tureens, pieces of fine English porcelain known for its elegant design. 

They feature a distinctive turquoise band with gold accents, and have ornate handles and a footed base. 

This style is characteristic of the Victorian era.

They have an impressed backstamp which is almost impossible to photograph and are marked with the letter V for 1884 and the number 7812

They are in generally very good condition, one tureen has a small chip to the internal lip, one lid has a repair to a breakage at one end, please see pictures.

The under plates measure approx. 22.5cm long x 16.5cm wide

The Tureens measure approx. 21cm long x 12.5cm wide x 7.5cm high (13cm high with lids)

The Lids measure approx. 15.5cm long x 10cm wide x 6cm high
