Surgical Scrub Hat - one size fits most.
New hat made in non- smoking home. 
Fabric is pre-shrunk. Machine or hand-wash. Tumble dry low heat or air dry.
There is covered elastic at the back for a better fit.  Ties in back.  Ties are double-stitched for reinforcement.

All my hats are made from 100% cotton or cotton blends.
