Attention
1. Keep hands, clothing and tools away from the moving parts while the machine is in operation.
2. The electric sheep shearer is a machine and requires the user to have certain skills, the green hand should select the dense-tooth straight-tooth blades, and the portions which the electric sheep shearer cannot shear can be sheared manually.
3. The blades of the electric sheep shearer conduct the friction pair motion and will generate heat naturally, so that the blades need to be cooled after use.
4. Due to the complex mechanical structure inside the shearer, parts will conduct friction to generate heat, and the handle will be hot. The lubricating oil needs to be added frequently. Please turn off the switch of the electric sheep shearer at the shearing interval, and do not idle. The blades need to be sharpened timely when being blunted.

  • The press plate support is mainly used for fixing the upper blade.
  • The upper blade is driven by the press claws to swing back and forth to cut the wool sheared by the lower blade.
  • The stubble height of the wool depends on thickness of the lower 13-teeth blade.
Operation Method
1. Adjust the positions and the tightness of the blades by rotating the adjusting knob.
2. Connect the shearer to the power supply, turn on the machine and keep it running for 1 minute to ensure that the machine can run normally.
3. Drip the appropriate lubricating oil onto the blades before the work is conducted. Add the lubricating oil to the machine regularly during work.
4. After finishing the shearing operation, turn off the machine and unplug the machine.
5. Clean the heat dissipation holes and the blades after use.
Blade Disassembling Method
　

The shearer head can be disassembled to replace the blades according to the following steps.


1. Loosen the screws for locking the screws directly with a screwdriver.
2. Take down the screws from the screw holes.
3. Take down the lower blade.
4. Take down the upper blade.


Note: Please pay attention to the installation hole positions in the installation process.
　
Maintenance
　

Before using the shearer, please add the lubricating oil to the blades to achieve full lubrication, and be sure to add the lubricating oil frequently to prevent the blades from getting stuck.
　

Turn the cover with a screwdriver to check the use condition of the carbon brush, and please replace a new carbon brush immediately if the length of the carbon brush is insufficient.
　

Adjust the degree of tightness of the blades according to the actual demand.
　

Please clean away the wool in the heat dissipation holes timely to avoid affecting the service life of the machine.
