Condition: Wonderful condition!  Book and all pages in wonderful clean, unmarked condition!  Dust jacket has some charming paint markings, and the front hard cover of the book has a few splashes of paint at the very bottom (see photos), as sole owner was a talented artist and teacher who had it near her easel for easy reference.  Gives the book a sense of "meaning and belonging" to an individual who cherished it!  Note that I have taken some photos of interior pages to show how pristine the interior of the book is.
