These are very similar to apothecary jars I have seen that were made for the U.S. Bicentennial. I think they originally had lids, but they are lost to history. I think they are likely from the mid-1970s.
5" tall, 4" diameter at the base, and 3-1/2" diameter at the mouth.
The eagles motif is on two sides of each piece.
