Of course, items have never been opened since creation unless stated on listing (make sure you read our condition on the particular product you are interested in)

4. All items are described as unused, does that mean the cartridge is full and never been put into any printer yet?
Exactly that, no mater what condition whether sealed box, open box, or no box, the consumables inside has never been opened or used in any way.

5. What does open box mean?
Open box means the original box has been opened along the way but the compatible inside has not been opened or used in any way.

6. What does no box mean?
No box means the original box has been taken away and will be replaced by our own box, yet again the cartridge itself is genuine and unused.
