The concealed carry side zips open.  

The other side has a black & brown faux fur flap.  The flap opens to a variety of pockets.  The bag interior does not have pockets.

I think that the exterior is leather, but I'm not sure so I listed it as faux leather.  

The strap is detachable and adjustable. The drop is about 24" It has the anti-slash wire running through it
