Terms of sale, that when you the purchaser place your bid, you agree you have read and completely agree to all of the terms and conditions listed below.

1- Item classification, this description supersedes any other description by any other involved entity.

a) Used - means that its used. If we tested it we will state that we tested it. If we do not state that we tested the unit we don’t know if it works.

b) untested – we did nothing to verify its current operating condition(s). Items of this nature are being sold with big discounts because we don’t want to take the time to test the items(s)

c) tested – we verified any aspect that we state, if we don’t state that we verified it then don’t count in it be tested. Ask us before you bid.

d) refurbished – We have refurbished the item as an authorized service company for the manufacture, all aspects of the item are working correctly, appearance may or may not show ware. If you are unsure ask before you bid.

e) new – is new, it may be in box or it may be out of box. We believe the manufacture will still warranty the item(s) So if its important to you verify with us before you bid.

f) new B class – item is new but has no manufacture warranty left. This is only a best effort classification. We don’t always know this status. So if its important to you verify with us before you bid.

g) what’s included – only items stated in writing are included. Sometimes items may appear in pictures that is not included. This is not an attempt to be deceptive, but sometimes we are showing manufacture brochures so please just read the add description. Don’t just look at the pretty pics!!

1- all sales on used items are final. We do not accept returns for items you decided to purchase.

2- If you are using paypal, or any form of credit to complete the transaction you agree to amend these conditions to your Paypal account or the form of credit used to include all items in this agreement. This agreement supersedes and is in addition to any other agreement you have. *see exceptions

a) Paypal is prohibited from offering a return or discount for the product purchased, without our consent*see exceptions

b) Paypal is prohibited from removing your funds from our account for the item purchased without our consent. *see exceptions

c) Paypal has no authority to make decisions of refunding your purchase, without our consent. *see exceptions

*exception 1 If the item is the wrong item, condition of item is not relevant.

* exception 2 if the item is not delivered to the address listed on the sale.

* exception 3 if we fail to communicate with you within 5 business days of receiving an email from Ebay, Paypal or other entity that negotiated your credit terms.

4- If we determine that an error occurred or the product does not match its description, or its description was not accurately describing the product, at our discretion we may:          

 a) Offer to have you return the item(s) for repair, replacement, inspection or    refund.

5- Items with a warranty, are just that. We offer repair of the item for manufacture defect(s). Items that have been opened, altered or repaired by others are not covered. To obtain warranty:

a) contact us to obtain a return authorization. Shipping must be with tracking. All

b) shipping to us is paid by you, if we find a problem we will pay for return shipping. If no problem found then return shipping will be at your expense.

6- Shipping for the item(s) must be trackable and an RMA must be obtained and listed on the outside of the package.

1) If the item(s) are not properly shipped and damage occurs during shipping it will not be covered by us.

2) If the item(s) arrive with a damaged box we will not accept it.

3) You must acquire an RMA from us prior to shipping.

7- returns If we in our sole opinion determine that the item returned has been altered or damaged we will not be able to offer any resolution except to return to you at your cost. We will issue the credit due within 5 business days of receiving the item(s) back.

8- Paypal is prohibited from interceding in this process, and may not overturn our decisions. They can assist with communications as much as they will to expedite any resolution we the seller decide to do.
