Antique 19th century W&Co teapot with gold "Monarch of the Glen" design on it.

High gloss black glazed terracotta type pottery, very similar to Jackfield pottery but stamped W&Co on base, who I think is Wood & Co.

Nice gold design with stag in the middle.

Sadly there is a newish chip to the glaze on the underside of the spout, which could be repaired or left as is as doesn't affect display.

There is also a unglazed mark on lid which is a manufacturing fault.

Quite unusual, can't find another.
