This is a Kiplinger women's large black fabric bag, lined in pink.  It is a black nylon bag with a large pocket on one side that has a snap in the middle to secure it.  The opposite side has a similar large pocket with snap and a pocket on top of that with a gold zipper on a patent leather trim and a plaque with Kiplinger in gold below the zipper.  The bag fastens with a gold zipper at the top with Kiplinger written on the zipper end.  It has a black patent leather strap that is attached to either end with a gold loop.  The inside is bright pink and has 2 pockets on one side and a zippered pocket on the other.  It has a black strap attached inside with a gold hook to attach a key.  The bag measures 14" across by 11" high and 5" deep.  It is in good pre-owned condition with some blue ink stains inside at the bottom.
