1. Each Item have been tested before shipping.  2. Please double check to make sure the battery matches your model. Our battery is sent out with little or no power, so please charge it for about 6-12 hours before using.    
3. Keep an extra battery on hand for extend standby and talk times.    
4. Integrated microchip prevents overcharging and lengthens battery life.     
5. New Lithium Ion batteries must be FULLY CHARGED and FULLY DISCHARGED 2 to 3 times, before being FULLY CONDITIONED. Please remember that a new Lithium-Ion battery’s full performance and longevity is only achieved after 2 to 3 complete charge and discharge cycles. After you go through 2 to 3 cycles, you’ll never have to condition your battery again!
