This mortice lock set is ideal for bathrooms.  It has a thumb lock turn and a backplate that has the thumb turn for use.  The set comes with lock box, one brass backplate, 1 brass door knob, one chrome backplate with thumb turn, one chrome door knob, 1 center spindle and set screws.  

Measurements: Face plate: 5 1/2" x 7/8".  Lock box: 3 5/8" tall x 3" deep. Knobs: 2" round. Backplates: 6" tall x 1 3/4 " wide.
