This beautiful vintage 18" long sterling silver Stefani Argento (marked SA in Heart) necklace has a 1" tall heart shaped open work sterling silver pendant with "Mommy" in the center. The clasp and bail are marked 925 for sterling with the SA in heart for Stefani Argento of Vicenza, Italy.
