Vintage new old stock Buffy & Mrs. Beasley doll set, released by Mattel in 1967.  From the television show, "Family Affair".

Very clean, from a smoke-free home.  They are in really nice shape, with some minor indents on the plastic.

Buffy is the larger doll, at 6".
