SHIPPING & HANDLING

Handling Time- Our handling time is set to THREE BUSINESS DAYS, however, most of the time, they ship in ONE day.  We ship packages Monday - Friday, with the exception of holidays.

Calculated Shipping- Our shipping fees are calculated based on weight and dimensions.  We ship USPS, UPS, ADVANTAGE MAIL, and FEDEX- all depending on the cost. 

INSURANCE-  All items are shipped with insurance.

PAYMENT- Payment is expected at the close of auction unless an agreement is made prior to auction close.

NON-PAYING BIDDERS- Unpaid items cases are opened after two days of non-payment.  Non-paying bidders are blocked from future transactions.

CANCELLED TRANSACTIONS-  If a winning bidder requests to cancel the sale, they will be blocked from future transactions.

BIDDING

Retracting Bids-  Bids can be cancelled through the HELP section of EBay.  If a bidder cancels bids excessively, they will be blocked from future transactions.

Shill Bidding-  If a buyer appears to be bidding and retracting suspiciously to manipulate bids, they will be blocked from future bidding and they will be reported to EBay.  

RETURNS-  Should your items be received damaged in transit, you will be required to return the item for a refund.
