This is a sweet set/mini run of Claremont/Byrne X-Men comics.  Issue 171 is the runt of the lot at VG+ and is a Newsstand, issue 172 is VF/NM, issue 173 is VF- and a Newsstand, issue 174 is VF, issue 175 is the gem of the lot at NM-, issue 176 is VF- and the 1st Valerie Cooper, issue 177 is VF/NM and a Newsstand, issue 178 is VF+, issue 179 is VF and issue 180 is VF.  Some spine ticks/mini scuffs and folds in the lot here and there.
