Star of David Napkins & Napkin Rings Decor, Set of 8 from Tablewear by Marsha Blanke.

Napkins are 17" x 17", material is not marked on fabric, but it is stiff and design is one sided.

condition:  metal napkin rings are tarnished but are unmarked;  fabric is stiff, shiny silver highlights on napkins.  Sets appear to be unused.
