Seller notes to buyer on condition: (Click on read more below).  Used item has multiple cracks and chips in lower area where you bolt up the steering wheel bottom side, multiple scratches & scrapes, ding & dents, plastic cover coating is broken and worn in multiple areas of the steering wheel, corrosion of the plastic in multiple areas.  Outer plastic has chips and cracks.  Paint is peeling. Parts missing/incomplete with not horn attachments. Item sold AS IS condition, Discounted price to reflect defects.  Additional photos by request only. Seller does not accept returns.
