Up for sale is this Vtg Collectable Champion Spark Plug Sales Brochure Carrying Folder Envelop with signs of use and wear. This measures about 13-1/4" x17". Its made of cardboard but I dont know what its purpose was. Any info would be great.   Please ask questions before you bid.
