Up for sale is a 1967 Signet 1st Printing paperback copy of "THE BODY LOVERS" by Mickey Spillane.
This client wasn't Mike Hammer's usual. He was a man Hammer had sent to prison, and he wanted desperately to find his missing sister. The only clue was a mound of filthy, exotic garments. As Hammer followed the clues he had to go on, something like a pattern began to emerge. He knew he was missing something, and whatever it was kept gnawing at the corners of his mind. The single strand he had seemed to tie into the deaths of two women, but red herrings fouled the trail. Then he stumbled on it - shielded in diplomatic immunity!This book is in very good condition. Paper wrappers have some chipping around the edges to both the front and back covers. Shelf wear/rubbing around the edges, corners, and spine panel of the paperback cover. Top front corner at the spine has been bumped with a small tear as pictured. The spine and pages are very tight with strong hinges. Text block is tight within the binding.
