Combined shipping is offered for UNPAID items only. The easiest way to get a combined shipping invoice, and avoid paying automatically for an item, is to make offers on items that I accept. That allows me to send a combined shipping invoice before you make payment. Invoices are sent multiple times a day. If you want to get combined shipping, please wait until you receive a combined shipping invoice.
