This is a sealed set of game cards. The box has two (2) sealed preconstructed decks and a rulebook inside. The game cards were manufactured by Decipher in 1999.  

This figure was part of a private collection that has been stored for years in a non-smoking, temperature and light-controlled environment and is in great unopened (sealed) condition.
