I am a retired person, part time seller. I make an effort to package things properly (using recycled materials at no charge to buyer) and mail quickly. Please understand that at my busy urban post office they do not always upload label scans on the day they take the package so it may look like I did not mail the item while it is actually on the way. I notify buyers when I will dispatch the package and 97pct of the time I hold to that schedule.

Please let me know if you noticed an error in one of the listing descriptions so that I can correct it and please call to my attention if there was a misalignment with an order so that I can promptly attend to it.
