Product Description:

This machine is suitable for crushing and processing various types of plants, ores, and chemical raw materials in food, chemical, metallurgical, geological, agricultural, scientific research and other institutions.

The stainless steel contact material of the entire production machine uses various models with different working principles, such as 304 stainless steel, toothed discs, hammer discs, hammer discs, air-cooled, water-cooled, vertical, horizontal, etc. The working principle is driven by an electric motor, and the machine spindle rotates at high speed. The movable and fixed discs collide and rub with each other, resulting in crushing. The crushed material is subjected to rotating centrifugal force and filtered through the sieve before entering the capture bag.

Three sets of data are randomly provided at the factory for selection:
Diameter of large hole sieve: 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10mm (the larger the number, the finer the sieve)
Number of fine screen mesh: 20, 40, 60, 80, 100, 120 (the larger the number, the finer the screen)

Operating principle:
1.  The crusher cavity and the door cover are hollow, respectively with water inlet and outlet. The cold water or the cooling liquid flow into the machine. The cooling liquid circulate in the machine cavity and then flow out the machine, so that it will greatly reduce the temperature of the crushing cavity to provide a crushing environment with low temperature.
2. The water cooling crusher has the advantages of low grinding temperature, low noise, high efficiency and high grinding fineness. It is suitable for crushing chemical materials, various Chinese herbal medicines, food seasonings, etc..
3.  The screen mesh can be replaced with different aperture screen to adjust the powder thickness.
