We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.  Payment must be made within 5 days of purchase.  Please note that all items shipping to Florida will be charged sales tax.

Shipping

Items ship promptly with 24-48 Hours of receiving payment via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.  We also offer expedited shipping for an additional charge (Next Day Air, 2nd Day, 3rd Day).  Please note we only ship within the Continental United States for free.  Anyone outside of the Continental United States will need to contact us for a shipping quote prior to purchasing this item.

Sales Tax

Please note that all items shipping to Florida will be charged sales tax.

Returns

We offer a 30 days 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of your purchases from us.  If you are unhappy with this item for any reason with the first 30 days you can return the item for a full refund.  

Return/Exchange guidelines that must be followed to ensure a timely and full credit.  If any of the guidelines below are not followed you will not receive a full refund or may incur a 30% restocking fee.  

1) All Items must be in original package, not damaged or altered in any way(if the item is damaged or altered a credit will not be issued)

2) Contact us before returning the item so we can issue you a return authorization number.

3) The RMA number must be included in the package or on the box (If no RMA number is included with the package a credit will not be issued)

You should expect to receive a refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper.  However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly
