We ship via FedEx. The buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs as well as insurance. We are only authorized to ship to addresses confirmed on the buyer's eBay account.
We ship to US addresses only. Addresses must be a street address (no PO Box or APO's). Enter your address to calculate an accurate delivery rate.
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. It takes an estimated 3-8 business days to be delivered based on the buyer's location. Package transit and delivery only occur on business days. Should your package ship on a Friday, weekend, or holiday, please allow extra time for the delivery to be completed.

VerdiTech Warranty Policy
Coverage: The warranty period applies to what was stated in the listing at the time of purchase and begins on the day of delivery. This warranty covers:
- Hardware Defects: Any functional issues related to the motherboard, RAM, CPU, and internal storage.
- Battery Performance: Battery is guaranteed to hold a charge but is not covered for reduced capacity over time.
- Display Issues: Covers dead pixels (beyond manufacturer standard), screen flickering, or unexpected failures.
- Keyboard & Trackpad: Defects such as unresponsive keys or trackpad malfunctions.
- Ports & Connectivity: Faulty USB, HDMI, or other essential ports not functioning as intended.
- Wi-Fi & Bluetooth Connectivity Issues due to hardware faults.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage, including drops, spills, or liquid damage.
- Cosmetic wear and tear, such as scratches, dents, or fading labels.
- Software issues, including operating system corruption or third-party applications.
- Unauthorized modifications, including BIOS tampering or part replacements by the buyer.
- Battery degradation over time due to regular use.
- Damage caused by power surges or improper handling.
Warranty Claim Process:
- All warranty returns must be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number prior to return.
- VerdiTech reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund at its discretion.
- Contact VerdiTech through eBay messaging within the warranty period.
- Provide a detailed description of the issue along with photos or videos.
- If the issue is covered, VerdiTech will provide a return shipping label.
- Upon receipt, the laptop will be inspected and repaired or replaced at VerdiTech’s discretion.
- If a replacement is not available, a refund may be issued.
Return Shipping:
- The buyer is responsible for securely packaging the laptop for return.
- If the claim is approved, VerdiTech will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the issue is found to be outside of warranty coverage, the buyer may be responsible for shipping and repair costs.
Warranty Transferability: This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to another owner.
