Front cover has light creases except the bottom right hand corner has a big crease and there is a corner smudge stain on the bottom right corner, and It also has a small tiny edged tear

back cover has very light creases, stains and dirt smudges

Inside Pages are all clean and crisp with light wear except for the middle page which has a light crease at the top near the spine.
