Vintage Kein & Co. German wind up tin toy..  Horse and jockey that runs on 4 legs when wound up. toy works.. paint is very good.. key winds up toy.  marked DrPa  and DKGM on bottom.. Germany and 900.. This is a great antique tin toy that works.. toy measures 5" x 5"  plus 2" width.
