Product Overview:

Single-Phase Solid State Relay | Voltage Regulator

SSR series solid state relays (screw terminal connection) feature high mechanical strength, impact and vibration resistance, and low input current requirements. They are compatible with computer-based digital control circuits and serve as upgraded alternatives to traditional AC/DC contactors.

Designed for use in harsh environments, these relays are suitable for areas with high humidity, corrosive conditions, and requirements for explosion-proof or light-proof operations, as well as frequent on/off switching.

Installation Instructions:

  1. Clean the back surface of the SSR to remove any dust.

  2. Apply a small amount of thermal grease to the back of the SSR.

  3. Spread the grease using a brush.

  4. Ensure the grease is evenly applied across the surface.

Notice:

The solid-state relay contains a semiconductor switch, which operates without physical contact. When tested with a multimeter using diode or resistance mode, it may show a high-impedance state (multimeter red light on), which is normal.

Testing Tip:
To properly test the SSR’s switching function, a load is required. Using an incandescent lamp as a dummy load is a simple and effective method to check continuity.
