"Spring Bank" s from Lyme Regis in Dorset. A simple timber framed cottage with a thatched roof, it has a stone extension to left and a a floral archway over the pathway to the right of the cottage. There is also a brick extension to the rear of the building. The garden has stone pathways and some flower beds that were fairly colorful for this time in Lilliput Lane's evolution.

Lilliput Lane cottages are handmade in England and treasured worldwide.

Very good condition.  No box.  I have found 2 sets of deeds and 2 mini books/brochures - not sure which ones match Spring Bank, sorry, but can send both!  (See photos)
