is responsible for any such fees. Also, we cannot declare item value as
less than actual price on forms/labels; lying to Customs is a federal
offence, and parcels are only insured for declared value.

NOTE: fabric chokers that have NOT been custom sized may only be returned if unworn and tag intact.
FINAL SALE: Any
custom made or custom sized items. Hats, lingerie, hosiery and gloves
are considered "intimate apparel" and non-returnable due to federal
health regulations (items which come in full contact with head, hands
and feet can absorb bacteria, parasites, cosmetics and other allergens
which can harm others).
* Refunds:
Issued only within 60 days of purchase. Credit card payments are
refunded directly to card, other payment methods are credited to your
account (debit, PayPal, etc). Allow a few business days for refund to
appear on statement. Refunds not issued until we receive you return.
