Returns for customised items isn't possible, unless there is an error in printing.  Not eligible for change of mind.

For damaged items, they must be returned at the cost of the customer. A return will be sent in place once proof of postage has been received. 

Returns are processed within 1-2 business days upon return delivery date. Any item that is returned after 30 days will have a 20% restocking fee applied.
