Unlike most monochrome LCD screens on the market, the BT200 is equipped with a 2.4-inch color LCD that is eye-friendly and easy to read even in direct sunlight.
Three Tests, One Handy Tool
Displays SOH (State of Health), SOC (State of Charge), voltage, current, rating and readable analysis results on the 2.4-inch color LCD. SOH is a figure of merit of the battery's condition vs. its ideal state; SOC is the current level of charge relative to capacity.
Analyzes the starting motor — showing cranking voltage and cranking time to confirm it works properly. Loaded voltage is measured with on-board appliances (e.g. headlights) on; unloaded voltage with everything off.
Tests the generator, rectifier and rectifier diode for a reliable charging voltage value. Checks whether the generator supplies enough power to the vehicle's electrical system and whether the battery can hold its charge.
