Large padded brown faux leather covers with gilt title on cover and spine.  Spine ends are worn. Corners are a bit bumped.  Gilt on text block is soiled. 

Contents are tight in the binding and are clean.  There is no writing, no markings, no tears, no dog ears or creases, no bad odors.  One page has newspaper clippings laid in and has caused some page discoloration. (see pics)
Nice full page, full color illustrations along with color photographs of some important places in the Middle East.
