While cleaning out a nurse's storage locker, I found in a box numerous signed celebrity papers.

This particular piece is a signed patient information record of Debbie Reynolds, the mother of Carrie Fisher, of Star Wars fame.

The lot comes with a "People" magazine, and both are in plastic to protect them.

This item would be an excellent addition to a collector's personal collection.

I'm breaking up a collection of various items that we have collected in all the estates and storage units that we have been cleaning out.
