This skirt has a red/black/white plaid design.  It is pleated around the sides and back - but the front panel is flat.  It is a slip on with elastic around the back for easy on/off.

The skirt is made out of 70% Polyester & 30% Viscose.  The shorts underneath are 100% Polyester.  It is machine wash & dryer safe.  I only ever washed it in Dreft Detergent and hung it to dry.  I never had to iron it.

The length of the skirt is 14 inches in the front and tapers down to 15-1/4 inches in the back. 

This did pass the school length regulation test, so it was worn regularly last year.
