Needle: For best results, we recommend using a size 26 blunt-tip tapestry needle. While traditional 14 count fabrics typically use size 24 needles, the sturdy nature of plastic canvas benefits from the smaller needle for easier stitching through the rigid holes. 

Thread: Use 2 or 3 strands of 6-strand embroidery floss, depending on the coverage you desire. For fuller coverage, opt for 3 strands; for lighter coverage, 2 strands will suffice.
