There is a white liner to conceal.  The outer layer has a floral pattern, with wide pleating around the neckline/chest area.  It is light and airy for those hot days.  Perfect for casual or more formal events.

Shoulder to bottom of the dress is about 36" - and the side edges taper down a few inches below that.

The instructions say hand wash and hang dry.  We just had it in the washer with Dreft detergent and hung it to dry.  We never had a problem with it.
