Some of the articles within are:  Subscribers pledge to identify and report authors, publishers and distributors of seditious writings - Meeting of the Company of Merchants of Edinburgh - Parlimentary proceedings in the House of Lords and in the House of Commons (many of the Lords are mentioned and there is much from Mr. Fox) - European news - Prussians battling the French near Frankford - French National Convention (with mentions of Marat, Ruhl and Custine). These and other pieces make for very interesting reading. Paper is in good condition with some bends in the paper and a small on the back page. Pages measure 18 x 12 1/2".
