For Sale is a Coverless copy Superman #49 from 1947.
To be clear:
This issue has no cover.
I’ve graded it as Very Good based on the condition of the remainder of the book which is for sale.
Prints of scans of covers are included for ‘completeness’. They are included in the pictures attached but this is not implying that this is the actual cover of the book for sale.
Detailed description follows:
No missing pages (apart from the cover, of course). Staples firm; no loose pages.
Pages are solid and there is minimal browning on this 77-year-old comic.
Two tiny stains next to top staple.
Pictures show any defects.
My policy:
I am accurate and conservative in my grading.
I will never grade higher than what I see as the actual quality of the comic; lower if anything.
(I will not call an issue Fine or even VG if there are any clear defects).
