This is the only one of its type that I've seen and after searching around I found out that its quite rare. If you think back to Grade School you'll recall that some talented kids knew how to fold a sheet of notebook paper into an "fortune Telling Device" that they said they could ask it anything and that it told the future. While I don't want to say it didn't (I don't know if it did) what I have to offer is gorgeous. It's a Salt Cellar or "Cootie Catcher" but made for display it's beautifully done. I'm not sure what material it's made out of, at first I thought that maybe it was porcelain because it's such a dense feeling material. I'm still not sure that it's not ceramic but it could be a really good resin of some sort and I'm just unable to figure out what it is. When you see it up close you'll see what I mean.
The edges are gold lined and the graphics and numbers inside are reminiscent of a blue ink. Beautifully decorated with a wonderful weight. what makes this piece different from others is that it's not strictly a Halloween decoration, it wouldn't seem out of place in a curio cabinet or a shelf of mysterious items.
One of the pictures show it being held in hand and this is to give you some idea of scale, it is not small by any means. I think whoever buys it will be satisficed and pleasantly surprised.
