A Lovely Vintage Solid 14k Gold Twisted Rope Double Strand Sautoir or Choker Necklace. On my kitchen scale the item weighs 6 grams give or take. It's about 28.5" long. It could be doubled as shown to wear as a choker or long. It's marked 14k as shown, it was also tested by my jeweler. The item is in good condition.
