The game comes complete as pictured, this is the very rare plastic case version with the matching disc for it as the text colours on the disc are also different on this version. Everything is in Good Used Condition, the inlay and case itself have some wear to them as does the manual also, the disc has been tested and is in good working order and free from any nasty marks. Everything is 100% Original SEGA. Please see the Detailed pictures of exact items for sale and the condition. All Parts of this game are genuine SEGA.
