I have been a rock hound for about 55 years, and have a wide variety of different stones, and slabs. I purchased a retail rock shop, that was in business for about 50 years, and then the owner passed away. That was in about 1975. Since then I have collected about another 35 Tons of material, most of it from my claim of 20 years at Graveyard Point. I will have a lot of different stones and slabs that I will be selling.
This listing is for one piece of Montana, Yellowstone River, Agate. Nice big piece. Whole and uncut Approximate size can be seen in the photos. At it longest it is approx 6in. Beautiful material. Who knows what lurks inside this stone. Takes an amazing mirror polish. I see no visible cracks or flaws anywhere. All Agates may have seen or unseen cracks or flaws.
This one looks like it may have some water mark banding in it.
Weight is 3.10 Pounds, or 1406 Grams.
Photos taken with my moto G 5G 2023 phone inside and wet, except the weight which is dry.
Thanks for looking.
PS: The last photo is of a piece of Graveyard Point Plume agate that I got off of one of my veins on the claim, and it weighs approx 600 Pounds.
